Common questions

If your question is specific to an existing system, include it in your enquiry.

How long does a project take?
The typical timeline is 6 to 14 weeks depending on scope. We agree on the scope and schedule before work begins.
Can you help after launch?
Support is available after launch. We agree on the support scope with you.
Can we work across time zones?
Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide and agree on meeting times together. You receive weekly written updates.
What do you build?
We build custom web software, SaaS platforms, backend systems and API integrations. We also review existing systems and help plan migrations.
How do we start?
Book a free consultation or send a project enquiry. We discuss the problem, review what you need and agree on a practical next step. No pressure, no hard sell.
Will I work directly with the engineer?
Yes. You work directly with the founder and lead engineer through discovery, implementation and handover.
Can you work with an existing codebase?
Yes. The first step is to understand its current behaviour, constraints and operational risks before recommending changes.
Do you offer fixed-scope and ongoing work?
Yes. Fixed-scope projects, dedicated monthly engineering and hourly technical consulting are available when they fit the work.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Describe the problem, what exists today, the people affected, important constraints and your preferred timing. Do not send passwords or sensitive production data.

Share the problem and your current stage. We will talk through the fit and a practical starting point.
