When you submit a project enquiry, Braysense receives your name, email address, budget range, and message. The website uses this information to review and respond to your enquiry.
Email delivery
Enquiries are sent to Braysense through its configured email delivery provider, Resend. The provider processes the information to deliver the message under its own privacy terms. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the form.
Technical data
We store your privacy choice in this browser. Optional analytics loads only when it is configured and you allow it. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. The enquiry endpoint temporarily processes the connecting IP address to apply request limits. Hosting and email delivery providers may keep technical logs needed to operate their services.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry messages are retained only as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an enquiry, email us.
